General Terms and Conditions Effective Date: March 23, 2026These General Terms and Conditions govern purchases from lucorio-watches.com (the “Site”), operated by Nuša Grobelnik s.p., Zagrad 15, Celje, 3000, Slovenia (email: info@lucorio-watches.com).
1. Scope These terms apply to all distance contracts (online sales) for watches to consumers in EU countries. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and Contract Formation Orders are offers. Contract forms when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse orders (e.g., stock issues) and refund any payment.
3. Prices and Payment Prices include VAT (DDV). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment via Stripe (secure methods). Full payment is required before dispatch.
4. Delivery We ship only to EU countries via selected carriers. Delivery times are estimated at checkout. If no delivery time is specified, delivery will occur within 30 days. Risk passes on delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) You have 14 days to withdraw without reason from receipt of goods (or the last item in partial delivery). To withdraw: Email info@lucorio-watches.com stating decision (model form below optional). Return goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear return shipping costs unless we offer free returns. Refund (including standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving returned goods. We may deduct if goods diminished in value due to handling beyond necessary. Exceptions: No withdrawal for personalized/custom items or sealed goods unsealed for hygiene/health reasons (if applicable to watches). When returning goods, return them to Nuša Grobelnik s.p., Zagrad 15, Celje, 3000, Slovenia. We will use the same payment method for refunds unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty and Returns for Defects Legal 2-year guarantee against defects (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Contact us for faulty goods. Remedies: repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
7. Liability We are liable for intent/gross negligence or breach of essential obligations.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes Slovenian law applies (excluding conflict rules). EU consumer rights preserved. Disputes: Slovenian courts or Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (https://www.ip-rs.si/). We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
9. Changes We may update terms. Changes apply only to future orders.
