Refund and Return Policy Effective Date: March 23, 2026Returns for Withdrawal See section 5 in General Terms and Conditions (14-day right of withdrawal). Return to: Nuša Grobelnik s.p., Zagrad 15, Celje, 3000, Slovenia. Goods may be handled as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond this. Refund issued to original payment method.
Returns for Defects/Warranty If goods faulty/not as described, contact info@lucorio-watches.com with photos/details. We cover return shipping for valid claims. Remedies per EU law: repair/replacement first, then refund if not possible.
Non-Returnable Items Personalized/custom watches.
Refunds We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for express or premium delivery). You are responsible for return shipping costs in case of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.
